1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of CleanerTask, a housekeeping checklist and reporting platform operated as a trading name of New Age Bridge. By using CleanerTask you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
CleanerTask provides tools to create cleaning checklists, record time and fees, capture photos and damage reports, and generate professional cleaning reports. Features may evolve over time, and some features may depend on your subscription plan.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for any business you register.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the checklists, photos, comments, and reports you create. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service — for example, generating a PDF report or emailing it to a recipient you choose.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no uploading of images or data you have no right to share, no attempts to breach security or access other users' data, and no interference with the platform's operation.
6. Reports and records
CleanerTask reports are records generated from data entered by users. While they provide a clear, time-stamped record of a cleaning session, they reflect the information provided and do not constitute independent verification or legal advice.
7. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices, plan features, and any discounts are shown at the point of purchase. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
8. Availability
We aim to keep CleanerTask available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons, and will act reasonably when we do.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Age Bridge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or losses arising from inaccurate data entered by users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using CleanerTask at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
